Sanyo Electric Co., Ltd. has obtained the "PSE Mark" based on the Electrical Appliance and Material Safety Law, which is necessary for the manufacturing of round wiring cords for lighting. As a result, we have started the production and sale of products, including the individual cables for pendant cords used in suspended lighting and terminal processing such as the installation of hook ceiling fixtures at our factory. This product encompasses all the characteristics required for round wiring cords for lighting that have been used in Japan for many years, including tensile strength to support the weight of lighting fixtures, flexibility to accommodate various installation environments, and a delicate and intricate braided finish using nylon fibers. In recent years, there has been a series of withdrawals from domestic wire manufacturers in the production of round wiring cords for lighting, and we have received requests from customers for a stable supply of domestically produced alternative products. With this acquisition, we are now able to respond to such demands.
